Message: Building a Home-Based Business with Integrity

Dear MonaVie,
Each week, thousands of individuals worldwide become members of the
MonaVie family to experience our unique products and exceptional
financial opportunity. With our extraordinary growth, we expect
that MonaVie will continue to attract individuals looking to build
a home-based business.
We believe in abundance—not scarcity—at MonaVie. At no time have we
as a company targeted another direct selling company to influence
their distributors to join us. In fact, many of MonaVie's top
leaders have never been involved in direct selling prior to joining
MonaVie. We are, in essence, increasing the circle of influence
this amazing form of free enterprise has in today's society.
We recognize that for a number of reasons—including a product that
can benefit everyone, exciting rewards and recognition, and a
record of delivering on our promises—we will continue to attract
people from other companies. However, we ask that no distributor
purposely target another direct selling company, as this is not in
harmony with the MonaVie culture. We have no desire to cause any
harm or consternation to any company offering a home-based
financial opportunity.
Recently, some individuals (previously with Quickstar/Amway) chose
to join MonaVie. Once their respective non-compete agreements have
expired, we will welcome them one at a time to the MonaVie family.
All MonaVie distributors are required to abide by our Policies and
Procedures. We ask that individuals who have non-compete
obligations to another direct selling company honor those
obligations. As a company, we are 100% committed to ensuring the
long term success of MonaVie. At no time would any distributor, or
group of distributors, be allowed to circumvent our Policies and
Procedures.
As evidence of how strongly we feel about our commitment to operate
with the highest level of integrity, we've recently altered our
online application. We now ask each new MonaVie distributor to
verify that, by joining us, they are not violating the Policies and
Procedures of any other direct selling company with whom they may
currently be, or have previously been, affiliated.
Furthermore, we recognize that some of the individuals joining us
from Quickstar/Amway will have specific ideas for a business
building system. These distributors will be treated as would any
other distributor: If and when any of these individuals reaches the
rank of Black Diamond, or have a qualified Black Diamond sponsor,
they will be allowed to submit their system for teaching and
training their MonaVie distributors to our Compliance department.
Pending approval from the MonaVie Compliance department, they will
receive an independent seal of approval.
Each MonaVie distributor is free to follow any training system
approved by the MonaVie Compliance department; however, I strongly
encourage all distributors to follow the approved system provided
by their line of sponsorship. It is inappropriate for any
distributor to entice another MonaVie distributor to switch from
one business building system to another. Likewise, it is
inappropriate—and against our policies—for a distributor to entice
another distributor to switch lines of sponsorship.
Finally, we have grown as a company because of the trust we have
built with our employees, vendors, and, most importantly, with you,
our valued distributors. If for whatever reason, any MonaVie
distributor ever feels they would be better served by pursuing
another financial opportunity, we would wish them Godspeed and
simply hope that they would continue experiencing the health
enhancing benefits of our products. And, should the opportunity
ever arise, we would welcome them back with open arms to once again
pursue their financial dreams through MonaVie.

Anaheim Super
Regional a Success
On Saturday, March 8,
thousands of anxious MonaVie distributors and guests converged on
the Anaheim Convention Center to receive instruction and
recognition from the company's leadership.
Executive vice president and cofounder of MonaVie, Henry Marsh, got
the event off to an electrifying start. Riding in on a 10-foot
scissor lift, Henry threw MonaVie footballs, apparel, and other
giveaways to the excited audience.
Dallin Larsen, founder and president of MonaVie, maintained the
meeting's high-energy atmosphere by announcing some upcoming
incentive trips: Emerald Extravaganza, an all-expense-paid trip for
two to Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida (November
12–15); Black Diamond Celebration, a Mediterranean cruise (July
21–August 3); and the 2009 Diamond Destination to the Grand Wailea
Resort in Maui, Hawaii!
Dallin informed distributors that these trips should be well within
their sights as the deadline to qualify for the Black Diamond
Celebration is May 30, 2008, while August 29, 2008, is the deadline
to qualify for the Emerald Extravaganza. Distributors who become
Diamonds by April 30, 2009, will be eligible to attend the 2009
Diamond Destination.
Dallin also shared the details of the MORE Project's upcoming
endeavor with TOMS Shoes. For every pair of MonaVie-designed TOMS
shoes purchased, TOMS Shoes will donate a pair to an
underprivileged man, woman, or child in Brazil. In addition, a
portion of the proceeds from each sale will go directly to a family
in Vila Ipiranga, the MORE Project's community, in Brazil.
Distributors were also recognized for their individual rank
advancements, marking the first time in MonaVie history that
Hawaiian Blue Diamonds were publicly recognized at an event. The
official Hawaiian Blue Diamond surfboard was also unveiled.
Later, distributors watched a video of Dallin and Henry presenting
black Mercedes SL500s to the following new Black Diamond
distributors:

As is customary, a few leaders from each of the various
Diamond-level ranks were invited to address their colleagues about
their MonaVie businesses. Additionally, just as it did for
January's Super Regional in New York City, MonaVie provided a live
Webcast so the day's events could be seen from coast-to-coast and
around the world.
MonaVie thanks all those who helped make this amazing day possible,
and we look forward to our next Super Regional in Orlando, Florida,
on June 7. See you there!

Jeff Graham
Vice President of Product Management, MonaVie
Jeff Graham was named MonaVie's
vice president of product management in March 2008. He had been
serving for three years as the company's managing director of
product development prior to this appointment. Considered by many
to be an expert on the sourcing, harvesting, processing, and
formulating of the açai berry, Jeff is an integral part of the
MonaVie team. He was instrumental in the formulation of the MonaVie
juices and Gel, and oversees MonaVie's product management process,
quality and regulatory controls, and technical services. With over
17 years' experience in the industry, Jeff brings product
development, management, and marketing expertise to the table. In
his years with a billion dollar health and skin care company, Jeff
developed and introduced some of the company's most successful
nutritional products. Jeff is proud to be a part of MonaVie and is
continually focusing his efforts on establishing MonaVie as the
leader in nutritional science.
