CONSIDER yourself being a young Hispanic couple living in an apartment of New York. You have just been from your honeymoon and your wife is just barely two weeks pregnant (well, at least you have gone to an obstetrician already after the pregnancy kit revealed a positive sign). Anyway, you both have jobs and you want to continue living in the flat that you are renting in Manhattan.
