Shipping and Delivery Information
Currently, any purchase includes FREE Ground
Shipping. Rates for faster delivery are listed below.
Shipping Rates:

All orders are shipped same business day when
ordered by 3:00pm mountain time. All packages will be DELIVERED
within 5 business days when the free shipping option is chosen. We
ship from Provo, Utah, so most orders will be delivered in less
than 5 days depending on your location. When a special shipping
option is chosen like Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select,
the order needs to be received by 4:00pm mountain time to be
shipped same day.
There are no quantity limits on Free Ground
Shipping. All ground shipments are shipped FREE of charge.
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States
Postal Service. An additional charge of $15.95 will apply.
We can not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico.

to an address in the state of Utah will be charged sales tax.

Warranties
Every bottle of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice is covered by
the manufacture's warranty, Tahitian Noni International. Any
defective item can be returned directly to 1-866-Nonijuice for
replacement. Please call us to obtain instructions on how to do
so.

How do I know my order has been
placed?
We will email you an order confirmation. This email will have an
order number for your reference. Please note you will receive a
second email from us once the item or items have been shipped from
our warehouse.
Is is safe for me to order
online?
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that is
state-of-the-art encryption software with every order. Your credit
card information travels over the Internet with no chance of
interception, guaranteed. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology
software scrambles your information so it's virtually impossible
for anyone but us to read. Once your information reaches us, our
own security system keeps your data completely safe.
How can I check the status of my
order?
You can check the status of an order once you have received an
email from us with a UPS tracking code. You will receive your
tracking number via email after 9pm MST the day of your order.
I've lost my receipt and need one for warranty
purposes. Do you have a copy of my receipt?
Yes. Just send us an email requesting a copy at
support@1866nonijuice.com or all us directly: 1-866-Nonijuice

When should I expect my order to be
delivered?
All packages will be DELIVERED within 5 business days from the time
of your order when no special shipping options are chosen. We ship
from Provo, Utah.
Can I cancel an order after it has been
submitted?
Yes, you can cancel an order, for any reason, within one hour of
placing it, (or before it leaves our warehouse). If an order has
already shipped you may return it within 60 days of receipt for a
full refund or exchange. For more on returns, see Return
Policy.
Do you have a printed catalog?
Yes, we do offer a printed catalog offering all of our TAHITIAN
NONI® products that you do not see on our website. If you would
like one, please contact us at support@1866nonijuice.com or all us
directly: 1-866-Nonijuice (1-866-666-4584).
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via the United States Postal
Service. An additional charge of $15.95 will apply.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax in the state where our office
is located: Utah. For more on our shipping policies, see Shipping
& Delivery Information.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Currently we can only ship to addresses in the United
States.
Is there an extra charge for Alaska and Hawaii
orders?
Yes. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via
2nd Day Air. There will be a charge of $15.95 added to the
order.

TAHITIAN NONI® Juice comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
